First, if you have not yet registered a Pinterest Business Account, get it done here.
Just go to business.pinterest.com and open the account.
Complete your profile.
Over! Your profile has been created. We now need to complete and trigger your profile.
Go through and fill in all your profile details, such as your blog URL etc.
Maybe you'll have to “beef it up” a bit.

Next, build 10-20 boards within the niche with subtopics. If your niche is guitars, your boards could be referred to as “acoustic guitar” and “electric guitars,” “second-hand guitars,” “vintage guitars,” etc.
Now pin 10-20 pins on each board.
To find the “acoustic guitars” board pins, type in the Pinterest search bar in acoustic guitars.
Find pin photos that look nice and press the “Save” button of the photos and then save them to the previous Acoustic Guitars board.
Repeat it and save 10-20 pin images on each wall.
You won't look empty anymore now and can move on to the next stage.

It's time to create your content pins next.
Go through any post you want to get from Pinterest on your website.
Create an image in Pinterest format for it. Vertical images with a width of 1000 pixels by 1500 pixels work very well.
You can use a program like Canva to simply and easily generate these types of vertical images:
Then build a Pin on Pinterest for every article you write on your website.
Click on the sign “+,” upload a vertical image, enter a full description of keywords and type a link to the post-URL. This is where you would like to see the traffic when someone discovers and clicks on your pin image of Pinterest.
Take each post on your website, and repeat the process, create pin images and connect each pin to each post.
Then you have to put all the pins connected to your posts into a separate row.
Once you're ready to access your website, it's time to use Tailwind Tribes.

Complete your profile and connect your Pinterest account to your Tailwind dashboard account after you register.
Then click on the Tribes link and pick “Find a tribe.”
From here, you can look for the tribes in your niche.
All you have to do is inquire from there to join the tribe. Others have clearance, and you should wait for approval for others.
You can choose which of your content you want others to share if accepted.
And you can begin to post material from other tribe members.
Indeed, the more content you share with others, the more likely it is that you share your own content because Tailwind monitors all these figures.
And what does a good tailwind strategy look like to drive traffic to your blog?
It's very basic.
Some people believe you need to click 30-50 times a day.
You can schedule all your pins into Tailwind for days or weeks in advance.
Ideally, you want your own pins and pins from other members of the tribe to pin about 50 percent.
This means you are one of the “loyalty points” in the tribe and receive a lot of pins from the members of the tribe.
If you pin the contents of other individuals, your own contents will be recommended for additional tribes, and you should not usually pin the pins of others too.
Where exactly can you get the traffic?

Let's presume that you have a blog post on which you want traffic. And “10 ways to lose weight” is a blog post.
You can then create a Pinterest pin, add the URL to your blog post and call it for Tailwind Tribe shares.
Then someone from the tribe takes your pin and posts it in their Pinterest profile. There will be two things here:
First, the followers will see and click your pin and find your website. In addition, the pin gets more “Authority” when shared and is definitely to be found in Pinterest for different search terms such as “ways of losing weight” or “related material” when people visit other pins.

We must move on to the next tactic.
Tactic # 2- The method of a reverse pitch to drive traffic to your blog
The Reverse Pitch approach allows you to boost traffic through your search engine rankings.

Since I launched, one of my niche websites has earned over 75,000 Google Search visitors.
The Reverse Pitch approach helps you boost the performance of your Google Search effort to get traffic.
This is how it works:
You already know that it is very important to have backlinks to your search engine rankings.
An interesting fact is here:
When Backlinko.com analyzed the most relevant ranking factors, the # 1 factor was the number of links indicating a page.
A weaker domain page with more links to it can, consequently, override a stronger domain page with fewer links.
Therefore, you have to focus on creating white-hat backlinks to your content, usually “pitching” the content to other websites.
This is the usual appearance of the Normal Pitch process:
- You choose keywords
- You create the content
- Then you begin to contact other bloggers and site owners to connect to your content
- Most people just wait passively for the connections to arrive
In this “normal pitch” phase, it's always very difficult to get a response. It is not uncommon to send 100 high-quality messages and not listen to anyone else. This is disappointing.
That is how the reverse pitch process operates and why it is much superior to the Normal pitch process. We effectively reverse the entire cycle.
Let's break it down to phases.
Phase 1: Find and build the material for your article to drive traffic to your blog
The keywords must be chosen so that you can actually rate for them fairly well.
A tool such as KWFinder.com will be a free way to do this to build a list of keywords.
KWFinder has a free price level that is adequate to get started.
If you type a seed keyword such as “blog,” KWFinder will list the results and the expected difficulty of ranking this keyword.
Phase 2: Get started with Reverse Pitch
We do the pitch BEFORE we create the contents with the reverse pitch method.
Let's say that we want to build a blog post about “blog names” like “10 ways to come up with a name for a blog.”
We want to pitch our content with the Reverse Pitch process and try to find backlinks AFTER we create the content.
How does it work exactly?
You will contact the other websites or blogs and ask them to make their contribution.
And when you do so, you will later “plant” the concept of connecting it to the material when it is done.
My experience is that this strategy works very well because you offer something of great value to them.
First, you must identify good reverse pitch targets.
To do so, we need to create a list of sites to contribute to our post.
I think about thirty sites are a good guideline.
You can use a free tool like Moz Toolbar to find these pages. (Alternatively, just google and install Moz Toolbar).
Then head over to Google and type a query that doesn't compete directly with the post you're creating.
If our post concerns “blog names,” then you can “how to start a blog” Google
Then you are prompted to log in or build a Moz account in the top right corner of your screen.
Do that! And repeat the search query after logging in.
This time, search results and domain authority and page authority metrics are displayed for you.
TIP: I suggest targeting sites with similar domain authority, websites slightly above or slightly below yours.
Contact them and ask them if they would like a piece of recommendation or suggestions to be included in your round-up article.
You want to reassure them, most importantly, that you are going to communicate with them and give them full credit.

Any ideas you share, we will include them in our post with credit and a do-follow link to your site. We will give the blog post URL to you when it is released. All we ask is that you consider linking to it from somewhere on your web.

It's a real win-win. You will also receive much higher responses than the regular pitch method, where you try to link people to your content AFTER that you publish your own content.
Phase 3: Collect and publish responses
Write an outstanding article after you get your real feedback. It's important to make sure it's of top-notch quality.
It will be very convenient because you will have some real tips and statistics from some real people.
So this kind of material is not just theoretical, but it has a high interest.

Simply contact, thank and give all contributors the finished postal connection together with the friendly suggestion that they consider communicating.
This acts like a charm and contributes to:
- Premium content focused on actual facts and statistics.
- A lot of almost instant backlinks to it.
- Rankings and traffic as long as you have selected keywords for low competition.
Tactic # 3- More productive ideas with content curation to drive traffic to your blog
Using the best content to share and grow ideas. Here you do not start from scratch — you should review and submit what is already available to your readers.
Create and post on your readers a weekly web-wide blog. You've now taken the heavy-lift away – what you need is linked directly to your blog.
